The artist

Tony Pereyra was born in Murcia, Spain. He began his music studies at the age of 6 on piano and was influenced by classical composers. He soon developed an interest in the electric guitar and more modern musical styles and began studying electric guitar, harmony and composition at The Institute of Music and Technology in Madrid (I.M.T.). During this time, he was influenced by various styles of music from rock to jazz, contemporary composers, and soundtracks. After completing his studies Tony was hired to teach at I.M.T. while working as a session musician and performing live in Madrid. While at I.M.T. he had the opportunity to meet many artists who came to the school including Scott Henderson, Joe Zawinul, Victor Bailey, Steve Morse, Ritchie Kotzen and Mattias IA Eklundh (with whom Tony has a nice friendship). As a session musician he has worked with artists like Edith Salazar (singing teacher of ‘Operacion Triunfo') and the Spanish top chart band ‘Circus' (www.circusband.com). As a solo artist, Tony opened for Mattias IA Eklundh's Freak Kitchen during their 2005 tour of Spain. That same year he relocated to London and worked as a session musician, arranger and composer on several projects in London (Henson Brothers, Musicbydesign) and Paris (with the French top chart singer Gilles Luka (www.gillesluka.com).

DRAYEN LABIE…guitarist

DRAYEN LABIE is a young self-taught guitarist, originally from the Reunion Island. He has been giving guitar lessons in various schools since 2001 and through the Promozik Association (www.promozik.org). His inspiration and roots come from guitar greats such as  Shawn Lane, Steve Morse, Allan Holdsworth. And he plays with a number of groups (Serein Gaxar Quartet (Electric Jazz), Yakoma (World music) and Band At The Party (funk & Djing) from the Tours area be it Rock, Jazz or Funk. - Concert in London, at the Jazz Café, as the guitarist of the Massak Afrobeat Orchestra (February 2002).

- Nya Azania French Tour 2003.

- Concert with Electrogène (jazz fusion trio of the bass player Julien Rascagnères), accompanied by the drums player Philippe Laurent (drums teacher at the school Tous en Scene). (June 2004)

- 3 gigs with the band Yakoma (June 2004)

- Plays at the Emergences festival in Tours (June 2004).

- Plays the guitar with the backing band Strate 4 Ward for the Tribute to Bob Marley, with Nassadjah, Nya Azania and Jornick. (February 2005)

- Several shows with the afro funk band Yakoma. (May-June 2005)

- Several shows with the gospel band Maniwata. (2004 - 2005)

27 years old Brandon Todd hails from Myrtle Beach , SC. He has been playing guitar since the age of 15 and playing in bands since he was 16 ! Mixing influences such as DIMEBAG DARRELL ABBOT, George Lynch, Zakk Wylde, Ace Frehley, Eddie Van Halen, SRV, Steve Vai, Steve Flint, Julie Monk (the band's 5th member), WWE, Yngwie, Paul Gilbert John Sykes, Richie Kotzen, Sevendust, Andy Timmons, Wal-Mart, Don's Pancake, Reb Beach, Nuno Bettencourt. Prince, John Petrucci, Rich Ward, Chris Jericho, FOZZY, Dream Evil, PAPA (my grandadRIP), Tracii Gunns, Doug Aldrich…

His wild solos and intense rhythms playing are a highlight of Once Broken's live shows. He was previously in the band JHP and Uforia.
